Terms & conditions

These terms apply to orders placed on bhashanisweets.com.pk.

Orders and prices. Prices are in Pakistani rupees and are confirmed at checkout. We may call to confirm an order before preparing it, and may cancel an order we cannot fulfil, with a full refund of any payment made.

Weights and photos. Mithai is made by hand, so pieces can vary slightly in shape and count for the same weight. Product photos are for illustration.

Delivery and pick-up. Delivery is available within Karachi. Delivery times are estimates; we will contact you if there is a delay. Pick-up orders are held at the branch until closing on the agreed day.

Payment. We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders are prepared once payment is received.

Allergens. Our kitchen handles milk, nuts, wheat, sesame and eggs. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering.
