Refund policy

Because our sweets, bakes and nimco are fresh food, we cannot take back items once they have been delivered or collected.

Wrong or damaged order? Contact us on WhatsApp or call 0302-3454445 on the same day with your order number and a photo. If the mistake is ours we will replace the item or refund it.

Cancellations: you can cancel before we start preparing your order. Event and bulk orders can be changed or cancelled up to the time agreed with you when the order is confirmed.

Refunds for bank-transfer payments are sent back to the same account. Cash-on-delivery orders that are refused at the door may not be accepted for future cash orders.
